The ‘Pinneddu’ is an antique house that has been constructed many centuries ago with stone and reeds, and has a direct link with the countryside culture of Sardinia. These ancient building could be counted as main inspiration for the modern architectures of the restaurant ‘Le Pinnette’ of the Farm Monte Sixeri.
If outside the building took it’s history from the Sardinia’s land, meanwhile, inside it surprises with ability to create a cozy atmosphere. The solid elegance of the architectural solutions and the typical furnishings creates together not false environment with the most beautiful inserts of modernity.
Our gastronomic offer is based on the food, produced both in our farm and at the other selected local farms; we are ready to offer a wide specter of products: from the vegetables to pork, wild boar and sheep, salami, cheese creams, le seadas, to the condiments.
First of all stays the extra virgin olive oil of San Giuliano, produced by the Manca Family since 1916.
The quality and authenticity are the heart of the Pinnette’s cuisine, where the dishes of the Sardinian agro-pastoral tradition and the alpine countryside are set, with paying of the particular attention to the preservation of taste, but also to their digestibility and lightness.
