The complex originates from the almost hundred years' of tradition and vocation of the Manca family in activities linked to the transformation of the products of the land, and attention to the environment.
Today, the San Giuliano country estate unites all the activities in which the Manca family have excelled over the years: agriculture, food products,
restaurant and tourist welcome, which, together with a passion for the preservation of natural beauty, have made this complex possible.
There is also a sheep farm, from which milk is obtained for the production of cheeses and ricottas, and which also provides the estate country restaurant with lambs, pigs and wild boar.
