The menu is simple, but serves increasingly rare good food and wine.
It is mainly based around the estate's own produce: from the vegetables to the pork, wild boar and sheep and lamb, the fresh pasta, cured meats, cheese spreads, seadas, right through to the dressings.

Of the latter, the San Giuliano extra-virgin olive oil produced by the Manca family since 1916 really stands out, and all its variants are available.
